Last one week, I was in Singapore. And I was exploring the food assortment from around the world. There were two distinct conclusions I made.
First : In Singapore the Best Transport is your own Pair of Walking Shoes.
Second : In a Gastronomic journey into the Foodie world, the Indian food despite all its savior is a big loser.
If you scan the Super Malls and the Food Courts, there is very little variety of Indian Food, which gets picked up by the Global Foodie.
Though the Little India and Race Coarse Road are two places, where there is large consumption of Indian food, but this is mainly with the local Indian population.
In the major food courts, the Indian Food is distinctly absent or was once there , but because of poor sales have moved out.
Let me take you across some of the veggie food checked out by me .
I bought this Naan and veggies and Dal at Lucky plaza Food Court.
But the Taste was disappointing. Left much of the food and walked away.
