Jacket Potatoes with Sour Cream, Asparagus spears and Mushrooms.
Recipe
Potatoes : 6 No.
Sour Cream : 4 spoons.
Asparagus : 6 spears.
Mushroom : A small bunch.
Olive Oil : 2 T
Spices : Salt, pepper, sage, oregano, rosemary : pinch each for Flavors.
Oven the Jacket Potatoes for say 55 mins and wash them again.
Make a cut of about inch deep and one inch wide for the fillings.
Pour Sour Cream into the Newly Made Cut.
Fry the Asparagus spears and Mushrooms lightly and dress it
onto the cream. Spray with your favorite spices like salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano.
After having cooked, I realized, if I would rather pierce the potato through at spaces
and then filled with sour cream and taco sauce and mushrooms and chilies, perhaps, it would
have been a much nicer Dish.
