Paella or Risotto has no variant of Yogurt base. The major reason being that Plain yogurt was never a part of European cooking. Yogurt has been more of a kind of a Dessert.
It is only in South Asia and specifically in India that Yogurt was part of the main coarse of any meal across the country. However, it is the plain variety and not the sweetened or flavored variety. Yogurt mix with cucumburs, tomats, karotofel, beetroots etc have been part of yogurt variants .
In South India, curd rice is a principal food . South Indians have a three coarse meal.

The Yogurt Rice is considered a coolant. Having taken the spices from the Rasam and Sambar, the curd provides the coolant effect to the tummy.
There is a very special way of licking the rice with your hand and as and when I capture the pictures, I will post it here.
The recipe for Yogurt Rice Variant is as follows.
Generally one would choose the already cooked rice say a small bowl and set it aside.
Plain Yogurt : Same Size Bowl as the Rice .
Cucumber : 1 Small Seeded and cut Bit Size.
Onion : One small cut Bit Size.
Tomat : One small, seeded cut Bit Size.
Green Chilies : 3 to 4 No. Cut Bit Size.
Cilantro : say 10 leaves, chopped finely.
Mustard Seeds : More then a Pinch.
Dry Red Pepper : 1 No. Large
Olive Oil : 1T
Salt : 1T
Black Pepper : 1T
Simple Recipe
Mix the Yogurt and Rice.
Toss in the Tomats, chilies, cucumbs, onions and cilantro into the Rice and Yogurt mix.
If the mix is too thick, add little water and mix it again and taste as you go.
Sprinkle the Salt and Pepper.
At this stage, oil a small pan and splutter the Mustard seeds and the Large Dry Red Pepper.
Once Done, Toss It Over The Yogurt Rice.
