The Key is to Peel the carrots and radish to get a fine slices of same.
Cut the Halved Red Cab. and Green Cab. from the top down to get a fine layer of the leaf
The Icebergs are the only leaves, which need zero treatment to retain their flavors.
Mint leaves coarsely chopped .
Toss all the above in the serving bowl and pour generously the olive oil and one spoon
of Apple Cider Vinegar. Swing in some salt and pepper.
