Poha is a wholesome breakfast. If you happen to travel to Indore in India, it is like a variety of Poha which gets dished out from one vendor to another.

Recipe:
Poha, Thick Variety : 100 gms
Red Potatoes : 1 Large.
Red Onions : 1 large.
Bread Crums.
Dhaniya ( Corainder leaves ) : Small Bunch
Turmeric powder : Pinch
Chilli Powder : Pinch
Salt to taste.
Green chillies as optional.
Soak Poha for say 10 minutes , but make sure, it does not become "Pil Pil" ( Soggy ) .
Caramalize onions and add potatoe cubes till potatoes are forkable.
Add green chillies and bread crumbs . Swing in the turmeric, chilli powder, salt and a pinch of hing. Dump the Poha into the spiced up wok and tumble it gently till everything is well merged.
Within minutes the favorite Poha is on the Table.
